I have dealt with many probate cases differing in complexity including taxable and non-taxable estates and I enjoy working out solutions to issues that I come across.
I deal with a full range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax and Trusts. I have advised on complex trust arrangements and I have specific experience in drafting Discretionary Trusts, Life Interest Trusts and Home Protection Trusts.
I have experience advising on and drafting Deeds of Variation, Declarations of Trust and Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustees.
I have extensive experience in drafting Oaths both for probate and intestacy matters, covering various scenarios including minority interests, life interests, renunciations, nominations, loss of capacity and scenarios where a company has been appointed as Executor.
I have also gained experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with sales, assents and transfers of property into trust. I undertake Notarial work, whereby I assist the Notary Public in certifying documents for international use
