Dina Parmar

I am originally from the East Midlands having relocated to the West Midlands when I got married in 2007. I completed my training contract at Harrison Clark Rickerbys, qualifying into the Commercial Property department and remained there post qualification for 5 and half years, prior to joining Band Hatton Button.

I have a wide range of experience in all matters relating to Commercial Property including:

Landlord and Tenant matters such as drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documentation;

Acting for occupiers and investors in the acquisition, management and disposal of properties both commercial and residential;

Property development; and

Providing corporate support to the Corporate department assisting with the sales, purchases and mergers of all types of businesses.

I came 2nd in the Employee of the Year Category at the Worcestershire Wonderful Women Awards 2016.

I am personable and enjoy finding commercial solutions to problems which are practical to ensure any transaction is done in a timely manner. I understand the need to be commercial to ensure deadlines set are met.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading and keeping fit. I’m a keen runner and go running most mornings. I am a keen supporter of Leicester City football club and generally spend my weekends keeping up to date with the football scores.
