Lindsey Mallinson

Lindsey qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2005 and has been with the firm for almost 20 years. She is an extremely capable and experienced member of our Wills & Probate team and as a probate specialist her case load includes both small and large estates. She also supports clients on the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates.  These are legal tasks that require sound technical expertise as well as strong organisational and planning skills, with the need to manage and progress a wide range of administrative tasks at the same time. Lindsey handles these with an ease and discipline that her clients find hugely reassuring - all carried out with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach that helps bring her cases to a conclusion speedily and efficiently. The execution of a will carries legal responsibilities and can be a stressful and demanding process - often at a difficult time.
