Andrew Williamson

Andy qualified in 2007 and is one of the firm’s most recent recruits, having joined in 2016. Since qualifying he has attained several years experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing, acting for a range of clients from first-time buyers to large corporate investors. His experience includes individual properties through to commercial leases and acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of property portfolios. He has a naturally effusive and enthusiastic nature that clients warm to, sensing his obvious commitment and interest in their projects. This not only helps to ensure a swift transaction but gives confidence that the advice he offers is technically reliable, well considered and always dependable. It is a level of thoroughness that has become the hallmark of Andy’s work and is one of the reasons he has always enjoyed a high degree of client loyalty.
