I am a Director of Legal Studio, having trained with one of the world’s largest global law firms and served as Lady Justice Arden’s Judicial Assistant at the Court of Appeal.
My areas of expertise include, banking and finance litigation, fiduciary duty issues and IT and Technology disputes. I also have experience of on-site investigation and enquiry work, including a multi-billion-dollar fraud investigation in the Middle East. My proven ability of working with FTSE 100 companies means I am comfortable acting for or against large organisations and it has also given me insight into the issue of proportionality, which is increasingly important when dealing with smaller businesses or individuals.
Also, as an advocate of alternative dispute resolution, I am keen to provide clients with early pro-active advice on how to resolve disputes in a pragmatic and commercial way.
