David qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 after completing his training at JMW and qualifying into the Commercial litigation department David is experienced in all areas of dispute resolution and has litigated at the highest levels, including High Court freezing orders and injunctions, appeals to the Court of Appeal and proceedings before the Supreme Court of England and Wales. David is known as a ‘go to’ man for his ability to find a commercially attractive resolution for his clients, conducting litigation in a practical, realistic and most cost effective manner without losing sight of his client’s ultimate goal.He is proficient at achieving commercial and practical resolutions for his clients by way of mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution, and has achieved a number of successful settlements through the use of alternative dispute resolution, avoiding the need to litigate.
