Ken is the Head of Dispute Resolution and specialises in Real Estate Litigation. He has worked to achieve a strong client portfolio. Clients include a public body, charities, multi-national firms and significant individuals. He is known for his ability to take on and win complex and challenging cases and provides a first rate and affordable service to his clients. His work spans all kinds of property disputes, including lease renewal proceedings, forfeiture actions and applications for relief, right of way disputes, rent recovery for commercial landlords, trusts of land, leasehold enfranchisement, dilapidations claims, rent and service charge recovery and boundary disputes.
Kern studied Law and Politics as an undergraduate the completed a Master’s degree in International and Commercial law. He qualified as a solicitor in 1998 then worked at two London firms, before joining Geoffrey Leaver in 2001.
